Well, straight off the day from hell (yeah, I said it...because that's the kind of day it was)...the DANIMA team and DANIMA servers are moving forward, business as usual.
Seems we had a bit of glitch...okay, a bit more than "a bit"...with our mail server yesterday from approximately 10 am until 2:30 pm causing a percentage of our clients to be without emails during that time, including members of the DANIMA staff. The DANIMA system team worked the entire 4.5 hours to rectify the situation and find the solution to the problem. It seems a password file was corrupted on the "mail server" and needed to be pulled from the back-up and re-instated into the server. No emails were lost during this time, however, emails were bouncing back to the senders.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we really appreciate all of your patience and support.
Who'd have thought we'd become so dependant on email, eh? How'd we live without it?
