There comes a point in business where you HAVE to make certain business decisions to ensure the growth of the business. Whether it be for financial reasons or just re-structuring, these decisions can be tough ones.
Several months ago DANIMA realized that we were spreading ourselves far too thin by delving into Full Service Marketing in a partnership with another local business. Because this was distracting us from our main focus - Complete Web Solutions - we were not going after the projects that we knew we'd be successful in and that we knew would assist in the long-term growth of the business. After long deliberation we dissolved this partnership and began to re-focus on what DANIMA does best. Since then we have seen incredible growth and have had to bring in Mr. Flash, Tim Glover to assist us in our production.
Unfortunately, we had to make another decision this week and this one, though it made sense from a financial point of view, was the toughest thing we've had to do in our 6 year history. We had to let our Office Administrator, Mrs. Linda Burlock, go. Trust me, not because we wanted to, but we didn't have enough Administrative tasks to warrant a full time position. Linda provided our customers with top-notch customer service and ensured that our office was in order at all times. She was a big part of our success and will be missed very much. We wish her all the best in her future endevours. |

...and so another page turns in the DANIMA book. The next chapter looks pretty exciting with all the new projects on the go. We'll keep you posted.
Until then...work hard, work smart and make sure you get enough time to spend with your family. They grow up sooooo fast!
Ciao for now,
